Justine Court Headshot portrait

Meet Justine.

Justine is a relational, authentic, and compassionate counsellor and psychotherapist who has genuine empathy with and personal care for each of her clients.  Drawing on her wealth of experience in mental health, psychiatric facilities and the helping profession, Justine incorporates a wide range of evidence-based psychotherapy modalities with Positive Psychology practices and a person-centred approach to walk with you through your circumstances.

Justine's areas of focus include relationships counselling, mental health and wellbeing.

Understanding the value of support as you navigate your goals and concerns, Justine offers a safe place for you to express yourself and explore robust ways to manage emotions, relationships and life as it happens.  Skilled in many types of therapy, Justine honours your unique needs, strengths and personality, tailoring her therapeutic approach to support you as you gain confidence, grow, and move towards the life and relationships you desire.

Originally from Brisbane, Justine has lived in Adelaide since 2007, during which time she has developed a love of cycling, waveless beaches and the diversity in this wonderful city.  She is married with four adult step-kids, a collection of houseplants and a strong conviction that tea is a way of life, not merely a drink.

Justine holds a Master of Counselling Practice, Bachelor of Psychological Sciences (Hons IIA) and is registered with PACFA and CCAA. Justine involves herself in numerous community groups and also teaches in the Counselling Department at Tabor College in Millswood, Adelaide.

As a registered Christian counsellor, Justine maintains an active Christian faith.  If you have a Christian faith and would like this incorporated in your counselling experience, this option is certainly available to you.
