If you have private health insurance with extras, you may be eligible to claim benefits for counselling and psychotherapy. Please check with your insurer to determine your eligibility.
Policies
Concessions
Concessions for Counselling & Psychotherapy appointments may be available for those on low incomes or in extenuating financial situations. However, these appointments are limited.
If you are an individual, a church, a workplace, or an organisation interested in sponsoring someone you know (or maybe you'd even like to support a complete stranger!) going through a difficult time who would benefit from therapy, please make contact via email.

Payments
All counselling & psychotherapy fees are due on the day of your appointment and can be made on the day by cash, eftpos, or bank transfer.
Non-attendance fee invoices must be paid within 7 days of the scheduled appointment.

Cancellations
I appreciate that cancellations are sometimes necessary. If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, please advise me as soon as possible.
Cancellations made less than 48hrs prior to your appointment will result in you being charged 50% of the full consultation fee (plus any applicable surcharges).
Failure to attend your scheduled appointment with less than 24hrs prior notice (or without notice) will result in you being charged a non-attendance fee equal to the full consultation fee for your appointment (including any applicable surcharges).
